You are either dreaming or a scam. Behind every electrical outlet (the ones that drive the air compressors), there is a smokestack attached to a power plant. Better check the math also -- unless you are driving across the street you will need a holding tank the size of a bus as oxygen does not have a very favorable compression ratio.

In Malaysia, they've designed engine to run on both petrol and water and compared to a normal car that runs 100% on petrol, this is definitely cost saving. They call it the hyroxene system -involved using waste aluminium metal and sodium hydroxide to separate water into it’s components - hydrogen and oxygen.
