The answer to that? Yes. There are drugs (usually in the form of pills) that you can take that do work. But, as with everything else, there are good products and bad ones. A good product that has a good rep is called "Pro+Plus", and you can check out the company site online at: www.pluspills.com and order or ask questions. The reason this "problem" exists is very simple; the erectile tissue does not get enough blood flow (oxygen) throughout. It's just like the situation with muscles-the more you breathe when working out, the more oxygen they receive! This is why guys like boxers, runners, etc. are longer than average and have half decent sexual performance. I know; I boxed. Also, using an exercise bike (instead of running) is MUCH more effective in getting into shape and improving your cardiovascular condition! Do it at least three times a week. It'll improve results (over time).

You need to see your doctor. I am a nurse and yes there is help for you. There are pills out there that will give you an erection and it will also increase your love making time. Some examples are Viagra, Cialis, Levitra.

Some men have that problem. You should try more foreplay. And see if that helps. Tell her its a normal condition for some men. They can only last for a few seconds. But its ok.

Er I don't know about any drugs but I believe a c*ck ring can hold the blood in there so it stays up. If all else fails fingers and tongue

Yes, there are several, not all of which will work for any given condition. Consult a professional urologist for more advice.
