It depends on what you like. Some Spanish ones have great views, Snowdonia has some cool things like a castle and lake Paddern, and so on.
I bet there are some fantastic ones in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic etc.

Snowdonia, Wales is fantastic when it's not raining. The Ligurian Islands, Italy look interesting.
