well...my bf and i are together and we love each other sooo much!!!! we've already dated around wit other people before meetin each other....we're plannin to get married once we're old enough...we're only15 but our love is very real....and we're not engaged yet but we're already plannin to be....but just make sure its sumone u really love and wanna spend the rest of ur life wit....good luck!!! :)

Absolutely NOT! You are waaay too young and haven't experienced enough of life to make such a commitment. If you feel the same when you're a bit older, by all means get engaged to this guy. Otherwise, you've got to be kidding!

Some High schoolers have it together. Their life is planned, their careers and money situation is set and they coast through life.
That is likely .00000001% of all high school graduates.
Yeah, we all want to marry asap and lock in that lifetime partner, but in reality we have a lot of stuff to do yet and the marriage becomes baggage. Some of us marry our high school sweetheart, some of us haven;t determined our perfect man/woman. WHy the rush?

Get yourself and your future secure before you get engaged to anybody. You need to know you can stand on your own two feet (and successfully) if things don't work out in any relationship you are in. Think about yourself first.

Depends on the person...I would suggest doing college first, it's probably easier that way. BUT...if you are in love...do what is okay with your parents and your heart.

i did it, everyone told me not to, we got married the following august that i graduated, were married for two years, and it was horrible, now we are divorced and both remarried, he was also 5 years older than me though
