These are all people who do not believe in proselytizing. We can afford to have good manners about such things.

Some people aren't that lucky. If they belong to a religion that believes it is essential to their own religion that they spread it around and try to get it to be everyone's religion. This makes them somewhat tense about religious and spiritual matters. They can also have problems with reason and logic at times, because they are coping with enough contradictions within themselves to make most anyone a bit stressed out. And stressed out people tend to forget their manners.

Try to be patient with them. Life's not easy for the True Believer.

***Why do you not get bigoted statements on here from Wicans, Pagans, Budhists or Jews? ***

As a general rule i have found Wiccans,Pagans
Buddhists, Jews and others to be Polite and
opinionated folks.

And even do unto others as you want others to do unto you is of itself not flawed,
however it can be made so.
There are some folks that enjoy being abused and will suffer no personal guilt if they are allowed or are able to abuse others.

Have a blessed day.

This JPA sounds way too political for me. as well, Jews and Pagans have not something in problem-free. What will be the point of an alliance? i'm Pagan and do not desire something to do with it. As for mischaracterizations, there'll continuously be hateful those who will spread incorrect information as well as those who're purely ordinary stupid. we can not end both one. All we can do is stay cautioned and GET OUT OF THE "BROOM CLOSET". Secrecy breeds suspision.

We are open minded is my guess, and find it offensive when others do it to us, so we try not to do it in response to someones honest question. We all live on this little planet we call Earth and there is more than enough room for different points of view.

Because the number of followers are not big enough.
Many Christians see Islam as a thread to their faith and they end up making many hateful comments against Muslims.

It's usually a one-way argument. A Christian makes a false claim or challenges Islam's articles of faith and end up getting reply from their own Bible.

Pagans, Wiccans, Buddhists, Spiritualists...all are more self-aware of the harm prejudices and bigotry cause. Many live by the rule "Do to others what you wish others to do to you," taking most seriously the ramifications.

You do, but the frequency is very low compared to bigoted comments from Christians because the user community on this is largely american.

Yes you do, sillihead. Shop around. We're not supposed to do that, but alot of us do anyway. I'm always scandalized of course when I see it and even moreso when I catch myself doing it, of course, but it happens. Alas.
