I'm moving there next week or next month. Can you also tell me the pros & cons of renting a room? Are those craigslist offers about renting a room in New York City really scam? If so, how?

Best place in the world to live. Everything is here and everyone wants to come here before thry die! Beaches, lakes, city, museums, Broadway, major tv networks, a freak on every corner. You'll learn to love it!!!!
