Paublito, first of all, you most probably are asking this about someone else, unless you are Sephardic.
A high pitched voice does not mean that a male is a Eunuch. Barry Gibbs and his brothers made the BeeGees famous with their high singing voices. As far as I know, none of them are/were "Eunuchs".
Eunuchs are usually males who have damaged testicles, either through accident or human intention.
Voices can be influenced by a hormonal imbalance, or other physical factors. This does not translate into a gender-bending influence necessarily. Many perfectly heterosexual males have been known to have high voices. Some women have low voices.
