I stated that there will be no marriage in the next world.
they quoted the bible as saying mariage to Jesus.
That was symbolic. Luke 20:34 Jesus was answering a question about the resurrection.
There was this women who had 7 brothers. they one after the other died. then she died. which one will she be the wife of in heaven. Jesus answer: The children of this world marry,and r given in marriage. But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain THAT world AND the resurrection from the dead neither marry or are given in marriage. That means no sex! With Jesus or anyone else.

Not a rant! Just wanted to clear it up.
Didn't want people to think Jesus was like a pervert that just had sex with say billions of people. He doesn't have a flesh and blood body.1corinthian 15;50 flesh and blood cannot inherit the heaven.

If the bride/bridegroom analogy is only symbolic, it certainly appears many times in scripture. I don't know, really, how you can make that determination.
And if there's no sex, it must be because there's something better, because God wouldn't have bestowed his greatest gift on a sinful earth only to leave Heaven lacking something.
