Well, I wouldn't worry about it the Mafia has been some what tame since the 70s or so. Most of the good fellows are behind bars or dead. Just enjoy Italy and don't give it another thought.

You can do two things.. One.. stay there and deal with whatever happens.. Two.. Move on and get with someone who later in life will lose everything he/she owns..
