what is the fastest way to renew your pasport without having to buy any tickets and get them ready to use within a week from today

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY A TKT.. ASK A TRAVEL AGENCY TO BOOK YOU AN ITINERARY .. YOU CAN USE THAT AS YOUR PROOF OF TRAVELING AND APPLY FOR PASSPORT. ARE YOU IN CHICAGO?? B/C I KNOW THEY CAN MAKE YOUR PASSPORT W/I ONE DAY.

You have to go to a Passport Agency, but it depends on what city you're in
travel.state.gov to locate the nearest one.
Anything else is too slow.

My company uses "Traveldocs.com" It is pricey, but check them out. If the you can get your paperwork to them by Monday morning, you just might have a chance.
