How do I make Frozen Spinach? I just put in around 6 oz. in a pot. I also put in some water. Did I do everything right? Is there a specific cook time? Or something?

Take your frozen spinach (1 package) and let it thaw.. I wrap mine in a clean towel and squeeze all the water out..You'll be surprised to see how much is in there.. I would say you'll need about 2 packages of frozen spinach to equal 1/2 cup of spinach.

Best way is to let it thaw then use it. Take it out of the water quickly, it only needs cooking for a very short time.
