She is drinking/ smoking to young and getting bad influences 24/7. She said she is gonna get expelled next year.(her mom said she won't get put back into school if she gets expelled) and her mom doesn't care what she does. I think she should quit while she's still young but she won't listen.

If you already had a talk with her, I don't think there is much you can do. She got her mind set on being bad. Let her be bad. Soon enough, she'll realise that there is much more to life than drinking, smoking, bad behaviors. Until then, may be you could keep an eye on her, from a distance. She'll come back soon... you'll see.

This sounds 'way too serious to try and cope with on internet. Depending on how young she is, there may be reason here for a social services intervention, and placement in a foster home, especially if her mom doesn't care what she does. That is irresponsible parenting.
She's definitely being influenced in a negative manner if she's planning on getting expelled from school!
You are a good friend to be concerned. There isn't a lot you can do directly, but you can suggest to her that she ask for an intervention, and ask about a foster home. Does the girl have any other relatives she could stay with for a while? Maybe long enough to get her away from the bad influences?
Just finished reading a book by Cupcake Brown (yep, that's her real name) called A Piece of Cake. It tells about her life, which was pretty bleak and pretty bad, and reading the book you would wonder how anyone could ever get out of the hole she dug for herself, but she did and is a successful lawyer today.
Don't know what part of the country you live in, but maybe reading the book and contacting Cupcake would help get you a few ideas. Of course, until she wants to help herself, nothing is going to change her outlook on life.
Meantime, good on you for caring.

You are a good friend to want to help her. Keep trying and hopefully, she will listen to you.
However, you also have to face the fact that your friend may not want your help. If she is bound and determined to do things her way, there is nothing that you can do about it. You can't live her life for her. If she continues the destructive lifestyle after all you do to help, you will have to let the friendship go. You don't want to get pulled down with her or have to watch her self destruct.

If she's under age, report it to the local social services. You'll have to report her mother too but if you're a true friend don't worry about it.

IF she's going to school, advise the principal and voice your concern, tell a counsler too. Don't stop until someone listens.

Goodluck to you and Godspeed

Talking to her and telling her and showing that you love and really care for and about her may help. Tell your friend you need her in your life and she isn't there for you any more.. Let her know she is doing her self and your friendship wrong, don't give up on her . and if it is really necessary you may need to tell people that will care for her and help her.

There's nothing you can do until she asks for your help. But before she asks for your help, she's going to have to realize she's in trouble. Just tell her (don't accuse her) that you feel that she's headed for a big downfall, but you'll be there when she needs you. Good luck.

As you stated , her husband is a sturdy guy , Chicks get drained and bored of sturdy men and crave a prick bastard to handle them like crap. women human beings love that entire gamut of emotional highs and lows and in basic terms don't get it from a sturdy guy.
