Im in love with this guy i met through my church. He lives in a foster home, and i dont see him too much. i want him to know, but its just scares me. im almost positive he likes me. and i just cant get over what a sweet guy he is. how do i get it out there?

If you're pretty sure that he likes you, then what is holding you back? You've got nothing to lose and so much to gain... You don't have to worry about rejection like most of us, because you already know what he'll say!
Just walk up to him, remind yourself (not aloud): He likes you too. He likes you too. Go with confidence. You're wonderful. Be yourself.

I can't see how you are in love with him, as you really don't know him. But that's females for you, bless your hearts.
Find out, if he is in any church activity, if he is, join in that.
The simplest and easiet way to meet him, is to walk over and say hi to him.
It can be scary, but that's mostly in your mind, and when you actually do it, you will see how really easy it was to do.
So if you want to get to know him better, just do it. Smile at him, catch his eye, as much as you can.
Maybe he will make the first move.

hang out w/ him more, then you can see if he really likes you and if he does he'll ask u out! =)
