chicken bites
An easy and tasty chicken appetizer.
INGREDIENTS:
2 egg whites
1 pound uncooked boneless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons chopped onion
10 water chestnuts
1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
PREPARATION:
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside. Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts, put through food grinder with onion, water chestnuts, and drained mushrooms. Stir in cornstarch, salt, soy sauce, sherry; fold in beaten egg whites.
Shape chicken mixture into small balls and fry in deep hot (about 360° to 375°) fat. Drain and serve with toothpicks and dip, if desired.
Makes about 48 appetizer balls

Stuffed peppers,take 4 green peppers cut the top off and dig out the seeds. Then you take 2 to three lbs. of hamburger meat and season lightly with Lawry's and garlic salt, munch up abut five crackers and one egg. Mix it all together with tour hands , put meat inside of peppers.In a spaghetti pan add two big cans of tomato sauce a can of Rotel tomatoes put peppers in the pan and cook for about two hours until tender. You can add cheese if you like or cook in the oven, your choice.

U SHOULD make chicken gizzard tacos fry the gizzards get taco shells with other things u like lettuce tomato and its soooo good

something easy. maybe a casserole? throw everything in a pan and toss it in the oven. Unless it's too hot outside, then you'd want something light...
