How can I get her to stop without hurting her feelings?
The only time she likes to give me head is when I am on the phone talking to someone.

Tell her to stop because you don't want to risk your job over it. If she gets angry, or doesn't want to continue the relationship anymore, then she wasn't much of a girlfriend to begin with. As for the phone/"head" thing, maybe she has a phone fetish. There are a ton of fetishes out there, so i'm sure that's one of them. What you do about that situation in particular, is up to you. If you like it, then do what you want, and if not, put an end to it by being honest with her.

Seems she is a bit of an exhibitionist, and likes the thrill of turning you on, when you are in a conversation.
What you should do, is tell her, you are busy, and will talk later. You have to tell her, that although you love the phone sex, it has to be at a suitable time.

Tell her your supervisor or boss is monitoring all phone calls because of inappropriate use, and you need to hold the job still. OR, tell her that your boss is in the room with you, and shall you just turn it on speaker phone?
