Tazo's website describes it thus:

One of Tazo's Herbal Infusions, Calm™ is made from the most exotic, flavorful and soothing ingredients on the planet: chamomile blossoms, hibiscus flowers, spearmint leaves, rose petals, blackberry leaves, peppermint leaves, safflower, lemon balm, lemon grass and natural flavorings.

Even though this type of beverage is often described as an herbal tea, there is actually no tea in it at all. Instead it is a blend of flowers, berries, fruit peels, seeds and grasses that have been used for centuries to enhance health and well being. As a result, it contains no caffeine.

I have drunk Tazo calm. I find it smooth, tasty and nice. I felt relaxed after drinking it.

Tazo Calm Tea

I liked the flavour of it. Most teas calm me anyway, so I did not really notice any big difference. I think that it is worth a shot - you can always buy just a cup of it at most Starbucks before buying a box of it (the average grocery store has it). It tastes good, but I much better like loose teas, especially chamoline.

Tazo Calm is made with pollen from Egyptian chamomile blossoms blended with fragrant lemon balm leaf from Eastern Europe. Pink rose petals from Morocco impart a light spicy taste, and a touch of natural fruit flavoring enhances the light apple-like taste of chamomile.

I like to drink a "tea" made with fenugreek seeds (sort of a maple flavor) sweetened with honey. Also I like a "tea" made with fennel seeds sweetened with honey. Hibiscus flowers, roses or camomile flowers also make good tea. Tazo tea is good but it is too expensive.

Yes, but it does the opposite for me.....makes me jittery....so I must be allergic to something in it.
