Ok... I do 100 sometimes 200 cruches a day ( i rarely have anytime to exercise). I eat only healthy foods and only drink water. i use to only only drink 3 cans of coke a day now i stopped... will i lose weight...... if so, how much do you think in a month?




oh yea, i'm not really overweight just a little at fat on my stomach hips and thighs.... thnx

Crunches themselves will not make you lose weight. What crunches will do is tone your abdominals. Crunches won't necessarily give you a flat stomach either. Crunches are technically a weight training type exercise since you are using your torso as the resistance. You need to lose fat in your stomach region so you abs can show. You may lose weight but it will not be significant without cardio.

Examples of cardiovascular exercise are jumping rope, rowing, walking, running, biking, hiking, etc. Anything that gets your heart rate pumping a bit. Try to do cardio about 4-5 times a week for a duration of 30-45 minutes. Try to get to about 60-70% of your max heart rate for a moderate intensity. You can varie intensities and duration as it gets easier. Generally, you max heart rate is 220 - your age if you are an adult.

You can mix in weight training too to gain some toning and muscle so you can still burn fat when you aren't exercising.

Eat/drink milk,pulses,beet root,fruits salad or juice,veg salad or soup,
Discontinue Liquor,Non Veg,Chillies,Sour,Cold drinks,Heavy undigestible food.smoking
sometimes fasting is also important

You should make one doctor friend for regular advise

yes you will lose weight but you will lose it every where, how much weight depends on your body .your metabolism
