Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) further warned: "Whoever oppresses any Dhimmi (non-Muslim citizen of the Islamic state), I shall be his prosecutor on the Day of Judgment."

Excommunication does not exist in Islam, because excommunication is unique to Christianity. Also, Islam doesn't have a official leader, like the pope.

I'm not Islamic, but that would depend on if you went to church. Because there are some Islam's that also practice terrorism.

Excommunication is a decree made by the Pope that pertains to Catholics only. There is no "main man" in Islam.

Does the KKK, killers, murderers, rapist, and the priest that molest little children get excommunicated out of Christianity? These people that practice terrorism can't even be considered Muslims, and that applies to anyone who supports or encourages them.

Excommunicate someone would simply mean you let the person whatever they want to do in the name of religion but you don't want to do anything with it.
Killings of innocent is forbidden in Quran and whoever does such acts will be punished (in many cases) and life after.

No because they teack their children that from birth. They give them toy rifles and RPG's when they are 2 years old. Brain washing them and teaching them to hate and kill at 4 years old. So no it is what they are born for. To become martyrs.
