because they thing that all teh beauty is at the hair, that if they are bad, couldnt make make up or anything at all...its all about shakjing the hair and she looks nice again...i heard this so many times..a lot of girls proved this to me...but i dont shake my hair, just when i dance with matel music...haha

Because sometimes they want attention from men, they want to be "pretty", or they think their better than everyone else. I hate the "Hair Flip" Who even invented that? And sometimes they do it to flirt with a guy.
