i was talking w/ someone the other day, and she was saying that she would stay w/ someone as long as she KNEW he thought she was worth it..even if she was unhappy. i know most people think that is love, and it's worth it. but what about Her happiness? does she not think that is worth it too? why can't Both people be positive in her situation? :(

they are not married...yet. they *talk* about it, but she's gotten her life into major disarray directly because of this guy. and yet she still loves him and it's like, she thinks, if Only he would change... =T

yeah i dont see how that is healthy at all. I would not ever stay with someone that i was not happy with. I have too much respect for myself. If the other person seems happy but I am not, it will have to end. I do deserve better than that and so do they. They eventually see that you are not happy, you cant hide it forever.

They should both be happy and positive, I have never understood why people stay in an unhappy situation. Not withstanding the normal ups and downs.

That is really sad. She'll wake up someday and wonder where her life went. The longer you stay with someone is a lost opportunity for Mr. Right.

If they are married I agree with her. If not then they should go their separate ways.
