the reason you go after the employer is this... employer are breaking the law when they hire an illegal. If you can stop the employer from hiring an illegal then the illegal have no mean of supporting them self in this country and therefore they will go back to there country.
I am for this 100%. get rid of all illegal.

No agency is serious about getting rid of illegals.
They had 2 perfect chances and ignored them.
First, during all the demonstrations, they could have arrested everyone who participated and sorted out many thousands of illegals and deported them. And arrested everyone else under the terrorist act for supporting criminals.
Second, they could have had every employer send in the records of all employees that missed work on May 1. And found out then who and where the illegals were.
Again, nothing was done.
