Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

She's danced with you for 5 hours and spoke with you over the phone for 3 hours. She wouldn't have done that if she didn't like you. Try not to wonder whether people like you. Try to focus your attention outward not inward. Paradoxically, this will make you more likeable.

It's the quality of the dancing and time you shared, and the content of your phone calls that count.
Not the length of time.

Well , she may have some interests in you , but also just wants a little male friend . Instead of wondering ask her. She can tell you better than I can .

ask her what she thinks of some other guy starting with the words "do you like..." if she seem to be surprised in a good way until you say his name then she just says "oh, umm.." I think she likes you. of course dont put too much faith in me because I accidentally broke up my friend with someone he really liked

you need to give us a little more info. She probably likes you, just play it cool for a while and if you decide you really like her you need to let her know that.
