Try the Olay Vitamins from Oil of Olay. Yes, this is also good for skin - but these are the necessary vitamins which are good for you anyways - keep in mind that with vitamins, it takes time for the effects to show. As far as one's you take there really are none other then vitamin E and the vitamin you get when pregnant. Your best bet is to use a really good spray on hair shine and condenser

vitamins for hair are not necessary....hair is dead, but a good multivitamin that you take by mouth can help your hair grow faster and sometimes thicker because your body will be getting the nutrients it needs
