Postgraduate Medical studies in Ireland?

Hi all,
I'm graduated as Doctor for general practise in tunisia. My family is relocation to Dublin and I have to fellow them. I want to study there and to be a specialist, so to register for full registration as specialist.
I've searched in the Internet to see if they have residency program in Ireland. It seems that this term (residency) is not common in Ireland. Any way, I found phD trainning, Master training but not residency program. what I have to choose to get a specialisation there ?
My understanding is that I have to register first for Temporary registration in the medical council. Second I have to found a course, training program ? what training to be a specialist. ?
Is it free, as I'm postgraduate ? are there any financial aid ? do I have to pay for courses or training?
Can any one help to clarify these things step by step, I'm confused, and I don't really don't know how to start.
thank you in advance

I have provided links to the Education and Training section of the Medical Council site which regulates the medical profession in Ireland and also to the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

The third site is a Residency Database, it lists the specialties areas offered in Ireland, although I am not sure how up-to-date the site is, or the tuition or salary fees stated.

certain! certain you could get INTO medical college. a question you could ask as a stick with up is will the medical college I chosen be staggering for me, my objectives and can want to i make a contribution to the faculty as both a scholar and then an alumni? extra, ask your self what's it about medicine that excites me and does the faculty s ecosystem help with fueling my likes and could those likes help the faculty benefit its challenge, objectives and aims. understanding the reply or studying the solutions earlier you opt for, you purely won't be able to make a mistake. solid success, Dr.
