Do you think that JESUS WILL RETURN IN YOUR LIFETIME?

I remember hearing that everyone through the generations thought that Jesus would return in their generation. Do you also think that Jesus will return in your lifetime? I dont but only because Im an atheist and I dont beleive Jesus actually existed at all.

People have been proclaiming that they are living through the "end times" for waaaaay too long. There's always some unhygenic street-corner evangelist crackpot sputtering about how the world is going to end and that all the heathens better get the Lord harrassed into their unsaved souls.

It hasn't happened yet. The sky isn't falling. The oceans aren't boiling. Pigs are most definitely NOT sprouting wings and making like the birdies.

It's a scare tactic, a convenient freak- the- everliving- crap- out- of- folks magic wand that can be waved about in dramatic fashion any time the religious collective feels the soul harvest is running dry.

Before I go to bed at night, I only take off my dents, I don't need fairytails to sleep. So, NO, I don't believe in fairytails. I accept that Jesus existed, but not that his life was as it has been provided. Too many inconsistanses. This story services only the building (system)that is called church or religion (its all about money, has nothing to do with salvation of the "souls")

Yes I do think Jesus is going to return soon and very soon. I am so sorry for you. You are missing out on all the great power of our Lord. Power I have seen and felt with my own eyes , ears , hands , and body. I have felt his tuch , I have seen his healing , I have felt his healing.
Just say you are right , which you are not. When you die you will turn to dust and that will be the end of it all for you.
But just say I am right which I am . When I die I am going to heaven for ever and ever and be happy. But you are going to hell where there is crying , weeping , and mashing of teeth. Take your worst day , your very worst day on earth and take it times 7777. That is Hell. Do you realy want to chance it for a fuew minuts of sin each day. Si sin so wonderful to give up the most wonderfull place there ever was. If God made earth , which he did , and you love it here, How much more wonderfull is Heaven.
And if you are just saying these things to get people to wright on here you are making a very big mistake. You are sending your self to Hell for a little fun. You better get down on your hands and knees and beg God in Jesus's name to forgive you. You have just made one of the biggest sines there is. PI pray God will forgive you eather way.

Well I know it will be in the end times and that starts around the time the middle east signs a peace treaty which is broken after 7 years (Revelation). So I think its possible, but who really knows when that will be.

jesus and all other names that religion gives to g-d is symbolic of a spritual belief that resides in all of us. perhaps, some day in your life you will connect with your spiritual self.

i don't think another prophet will ever come now because of people' awarness.
however, 2,000 years is too long for the kingdom of god to come. and personally i still don't see how christions understand it.

i agree with you when someone dies they cant come back like 1000 years later. i am an atheist too.
