I failed miserably at this but I am still gonna say online personals. I'm just not in to the club scene.

I don't do clubs. Online is probably even riskier, I would try meeting people through my friends first. They have been "pre-screened" per se, and if they weren't good people, your friends would not recommend for you to call them or try to set you up on a date....make sense?

If we really have soulmates then I don't think we need to go out in search of them so it could be anywhere really.
