Lately well since tuesday i have been laying around not wanting to get dress or eat. Its like i wake up and say whats the point of getting up and just go back to sleep of watch tv basically all day! and stay up late through the night. I dont think this is normal

Maybe your depressed. I am like that too. I stay in bed most of my time sleeping and thinking whats the point of getting dressed. I watch t.v. most of the time but it gets so boring. So I got sick of the t.v. now I spend more time on the computer and I am getting bord of that to. The doctor gave me depression pills but I don't take them because the miss with your head. You have to find a way to overcome it on your own. Do you know why you think that there is no point? Start from there and then you could go see a doctor but they make you pay too much just for a check up.

You are depressed. Force yourself to get dressed and go walk around a shopping mall. Take yourself out to lunch. If you don't want to be around people, take a drive. It doesn't matter where you drive to, just drive and listen to music.

Once you are feeling a little bit better, make an appointment to see a doctor. You don't have to take medicine but atleast talk to someone.

You could be suffering some mild to moderate depression, you certainly have the symptoms. Any symptoms like this that last longer than 2 weeks then you should see a doctor. A lot of people have this..I am one of those people and I have to have treatment, my treatment is mild and it help me get up and cope, when my brain is telling me im sad or worthless and should just stay in bed. gawd whys everyone telling you that you have depression thats an illness and youd no if you had it. You just goin through a fad trust me iv been through it before. It wears off eventually, also could be a bit to do with your diet. try taking supplements and stuff that give you a boost in energy.it is a tad lazy but hey its the hols!

Sounds like the start of depression. Don't let it go too far without talking to someone about it. Get moving around during the day even if you have to force yourself. Good luck.

Oh I think you might be approaching depresion. Do you feel sad, or do you feel like your not capapble of doing anything? Its ok at one time or another people go through that phase in life. Yeah I know what it feels like to just want to stay in bed all day and just lay awake at night stareing at your ceiling and feeling confused and lost. But dont worry the best thing to do is go outside, surround your self with people who love you and try to be more social. go run or walk around do something so you can get tired and sleep at night.
obviously when you do nothing the whole day and just watch tv you will stay up all night.
you dont feel like getting up because you know that you'll do nothing again.
do something interesting,go out with friends,be around people

if don't get enough sleep then you are just being lazy. BUT it sounds like you are depressed and need to talk to a psychologist who canyouo back on track. for one thing it sounds like you are bored, nothing excites you, and you jsut need to do things that you enjoy. Forget what others say,make an appointment with a psychologist or tell your mom or someone to make it for you.
