If you're trying to pass a drug test...wait a week. I just failed a drug test for having unprescribed narcotic pain killers in my system. I got a call from the doctor at the drug testing agency who specifically asked me "Have you taken any prescription pain medicine in the past week?" and I said "Yes, Lortab." And he told me to call them back with the number to the pharmacy I got my medicine from so they could verify that I had a prescription for it. So according to the doctor who failed me...one week.
