yes. but our initial goal is sex, but once in the friend status, female friends are awesome. and we will always be willing to have sex with you in your rebound phases, or vunerable states if you offer.

A good friend is a good friend, irrelevant of their gender and sex doesnt need to get in the way.

I have to admit to having lusted after most of my female friends for at some point but at the time either I or they were already in relationships and the feelings pass. What you're left with is friendship which is far longer lasting than any sexual attraction and deeper too.

With regards to it being your boss; she's your boss 40 hours a week and your friend the other 128, so long as there's boundaries about not talking shop in your friendship then it'll be fine.

I have had three female bosses in my time. Two were OK, one was a problem, but she out of her depth, and later left.
I might be reading between the lines here, but are you asking about 'mixing business with pleasure'?
If you are, I would avoid it. I had a relationship with an office colleague, and when it ended, she used to burst into tears whenever she saw me. It was really awkward, and I requested to be transferred to another section. From that day, I vowed not to 'cross the line', and everything's been fine since.

I enjoy female company full stop. I don't want to shag every woman i see. I was the only man in my house when i was brought up, so female company is what i am used to. As a manager i try to leave my job at the work place, and my sex life for my social circiut. You?

i would rather be in female company rather than male company and sex has nothing to do with it let me see for the most part even the hardest woman i know is gentler than most men i know they are generally more fun i think usually more intelligent and also if your female friends are attractive it could also reflect well on you the only problems are that if you are out somewhere with them you will never meet any women and they usually will meet a guy and then u will take the back burner

I have no issues working for a woman. In fact I quite enjoy it. I listen to their conversations and what they are saying, and then use it when I am talking to a girl to show my caring sensitive side. After working on a building site for 5 years and being surronded by scruffy men. It is a lot better.

I have never had any problems working with or for women. My previous boss, now retired, was and still is a very dear friend. I have always enjoyed the company or women and don't have to want to have sex with them just to be around them.

I relate more to women than to men. Perhaps it's because women are more mature than men. However, I have found that after about 20 men become more mature and easier to spend time with. However, I still relate more to women than to men. Perhaps I was a women in my previous life?

The hard thing is being friends with someone who I find attractive. It generally doesn't work. Fortantely I'm not attracted to women who are in committed relationships. They make great female friends.

iv been married 20 plus years and tohave female company without any sexual agenda is brilliant being able to talk to each other on any subject and not confuse sexual attraction with platonic admiration for each other can only mean that you held an hidden agenda with that person before you made the relationship is that being a true friend in my book true friends ask for nothing but accept that which is given uncondittionally

most guys really DON'T like to hang around women for anything but sex, even though we will never admit it. More often then not it is just keeping potential sex availible. We love female freinds, but mostly just because there is always this chance of sex. and if you want to keep us guys interested in you, do not give us what we want. Your male friends treat you good to your face, but not all will keep our respect for you around our male friends. Remember we're pigs
P.S. Don't believe what the other guys write, as they wrote it to keep their game alive

of course I do, I'm only 16 so I haven't had a job yet, but I enjoy female friendship quite a bit. I like talking to them and befriending them, they're fun to talk to, considerate, and easy to talk to. At least the ones I talk to are.
