If you are serious about loosing weight and looking good then stop skipping meals and get eating correctly.
If you skip meals your body will go into starvation mode so when you do stop to eat it wants all the high fat foods it can get to make up for the loss. Alos if you skip meals for days as you say you do then you will begin to loose body muscle and that is horribly unhealth.
The best way to loose weight and get in shape is to see a dietritian and get on a good daily meal plan. I know this sounds wierd but often you best bet is to eat very small meals 6 - 8 times a day rather than skip any meals. This keeps you body fed but not over fed adn you do not crave the junk food.

You are not starving your body if this is your goal. When you go without food for even a day, your body has stored fat that goes into a starvation mood to keep some nutrition in your system, only it is fat/calories.
What you are doing, I believe, is unhealthy. And, if you get too busy, where do you get your strength to go on? Do you get burnt out, physically and emotionally.
If you try and fit in the essential food servings you are supposed to have per day, be prepared by going to the grocery store. Wherever you go to carry on with your day, bring some food with.
When you do go home and get bored, you eat. And, I am sure you know that eating unhealthy is bad, right? Honey, I am 300 pounds. I also have Diabetes. Your eating behavior can put you in my category someday, if you don't change your habits.
My husband eats breakfast at the coffee shop, and he goes without food till he gets home at 6 pm. It does not matter that he is not eating a lunch. He still stays the same weight, because his body thinks he is starving it.
If I were you, I would seriously think about developing a food plan. If you have health insurance, sometimes, you have a hotline that can give you tips on eating, or come up with a way to make it more convenient to eat when you are so busy.
Take care of yourself. Be good to yourself. Your body deserves it...

That is binge eating... Don't buy the junk. Replace chips with crackers, replace the sweets with fruit... get out of the house when you feel the urge to eat- and don't not eat for days because that just causes your body to produce fat cells in order to save itself from starvation.
Exercise. you may eat more because you are exercising but like I said, don't make the junk readily available. I don't keep chips and candy and such in my home because I know I like to snack and I have 3 small kids who like to snack so we avoid those foods in order to better prevent obesity in our lives.
Genetics will weigh in in your weight also, so look around. You are genetically pre disposed and also a product of your surroundings.
Seek therapy if none of these suggestions are sufficient... you have an eating disorder.

Hi
Just be consistent and stick to a plan like this one it really works so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Check out www.hufa.org and click on low blood sugar.

When you have low blood sugar it can feel like no appetite. The trick is to eat 6 small - good and healthy - meals a day - whether you feel like it or not.

That keeps your blood sugar level, so you don't even feel like binging. And because you are eating good (low glycemic carbs) and protein, you won't gain weight.

Your mind and body are not in harmony, do yoga, or even just take time out to find some peace.

Take a walk in the park, empty your mind, do breathing exercises and try to count how many bird calls you hear.
