You make a good point. Jesus, however, teaches that the main way we worship God is by helping others. He wrapped up the whole Bible by saying, "Love the Lord God with all your heart...and love your neighbor as yourself." The problem is that many of us are good at having a fanatic devotion to loving God (even though many of the things we put in this category, such as worship, probably aren't motivated in love) instead of paying just as much attention to loving our neighbors with that same fanatic devotion. The problem, then, is not that people overzealously love God but the don't follow the counterpart to the command of loving others (family, stragners, friends and even enemies).

To start off with we are only suppose to worship God. Why can't we love our friends and family and even people we do not know the way we love God? I think that would make for a better world.
Love God, Hate Sin.

certain, we ought to continually be spending more beneficial funds on our personal people! Our people want health care, preparation opportunities, something which will carry them out of poverty! we want to offer up searching after the international till we've helped out personal! Billions flow to Africa and it by no ability receives to the right people. And BO needs to deliver one million.one million trillion after we've the most important deficit interior the heritage of our united states? we've tens of millions without health care, no jobs, old failing infrastructure, people residing in squalor. i imagine Hillary is ideal...we want to take back our united states! As to Iraq, the middle East has been combating for hundreds of years...we want to make the United international locations do what it truly is meant to do! we want the international leaders to step and help those international places that are in consistent turmoil. it would want to not purely be the U. S.. the theory of the UN is an effective element...yet has not been managed good. The UN needs a pacesetter that couldn't scouse borrow....they prefer a pacesetter which will unite the international places right into a worry-loose purpose of helping the international.

Helping those less fortunate, definitely, but worshiping our friends and family-I don't think so. I love my friends and family but I will never worship them. I choose to worship God. Those who belong to God are those who accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior and follow Him, not those who pray and worship enough.

Theoretically sure, but the bible thumpers say that they're RIGHT, so it's irrelevant.
