Has anyone visited or stayed at the Donley Cabin in Tennessee?

Thinking of renting the Donley Cabin in Tennessee during mid October. Anyone have first hand knowledge of the accomodations, access, things to do in the area, weather that time of year?

We stayed there a few months ago. It was ok but there are better places for the money!
