That often is way too often.. You may be setting a record!!! You've got to get some self-control. I suggest to develop a hobby that has nothing to do with sex. You will have to discipline yourself so that you don't do it every time you think about it.. Try to cut back by only doing it at night, or only in bed. You've got yourself in a bad habit and you're going to have to ween yourself back so some kind of normalcy.

Why would you want to? It sounds as if you might get too bunged up if you tried to go cold turkey. Maybe try and cut it down to taking care of that morning wood, then tucker yourself out at night. See if that helps.
