ERRRRRR, WRONG! If the penis penetrated the vagina at all, regardless of wether or not the hymen was broken, the girl is not considered a virgin. Penetration could have lasted for one second. It doesn't matter how long, how many times, if there was bleeding, if the hymen broke, or any of the other hooplah you comonly hear.
The hymen can be broken during activities other than sex, young girls often break they're hymens during rough play activities, sports, or falls. Many woman are even born without hymens, so the hymen/virginity theory gets destroyed right there, otherwise you could say a girl who has never had sex but has no hymen isn't a virgin....
The term VIRGIN describes a person, males as well, who have never participated in sex. If it went in, you had sex. Even if it was so lousy that you wouldn't describe it as sex, it was sex!

The hymen is broken not only by penetration but sometimes by high physical energy sometimes. A young girl who is a gymnast , lets say. & does alot of splits & tumbling can tear or rupture the hymen Agirl could possibly be penetrated & not bust the hymen , such as in the case of premature ejaculation Or inexperience & when resistance met , stopping for fear of hurting the young lady but you could rest assured that if the hymen is still in place that your young lady has not yet been penetrated & is a virgin. Bringing to mind the other obvious question, is she still a virgin if she has not been penetrated but has involved herself with heavy petting & the giving of oral sex to her boyfriend. Afine line sure but for those that think that manual or oral sex is not true sex are mistaken. Any attempt to elicit an orgasm from the body is sexual activity & basically has taken the innocence from a young woman & although still considered a virgin she is compromising her innocence of sexual knowledge & has crossed the line of virgin to merely not penetrated.

technically a female is no different from male. Once they have had intercourse then they are no longer a virgin. I mean no offense but some males are just made smaller and they may not break the hymen and then some women don't even have that. Alot of women in my family never experienced any blood or anything their first time of sex or ever for that matter. So basicly if you have sex your not a virgin any more period.

Yes, technically. She could have had sexual experiences though. A virgin may not have an intact hymen also. I was an active athlete when I was young. Gymnasts can actually tear open the hymen doing the splits, and other flexible leg positions.

If she has had sex (penetration) she is not a virgin.
Sometimes the hymen is broken or long gone before sex - from dancing, bike riding, etc. Sometimes it doesn't tear or break from sex either, though.
Not having an intact hymen doesn't mean shes not a virgin, just like having one doesn't mean she is.

The hymen has nothing to do with virginity. A virgin is someone who hasn't had penetrative sex.

Yes, though a broken or absent hymen does not mean she is not.

Maybe your penis is too small.
The usual definition of virginity is whether or not the girl has had sex (penis-vagina intercourse)
Now, of course, there are other ways to have sex.
Having penis vagina intercourse usually (but doesn't always) guarantee that the hymen is broken.
