i can not sleep at night this days, and most of the day i am tired and bored, my life getting look like owl specaily that i have two big eyes two. lol some one help

try a regular schedule with no alcohol or other stimulants or depresants. try to set aside a regular exercise schedule daily. try not to sleep during the daytime, set aside a quiet time 15 min before bed. good luck.

YOu sound like you are not active enough during the day to get your body tired enough to sleep at night.
Go outside for a brisk walk after supper time.
Do some excersise.
Get a hobby that is mentally and physically demanding.
All of this will help.
If all else fails you should go and see your doctor as you may need to have some sleep studies done.

That is exactly me too girl. We have depression mixed with insomnia I guess. Even I do not know what to do and it is not even being cool to me anymore. This is a torture of everyday now. I am sick and tired of this. My eyes are looking smaller everyday though. That's cause I wear glasses. I drank Herbalife's St. John's Worth for a while and it worked but I stopped drinking it because I do not have money anymore. It is effective.
