How can you make really straight hair ,wavy permanently?

I got real straight hair and was wondering whats a process you can go through at ur house(less money than going to a salon) to get ur hair wavy permantely? or something that will last long atleast...like if you put rollers for ex. is there anything else you can add so it doesnt just last until u wash ur hair ?suggestions plz

THERE ARE ROLLERS YOU CAN GET AT THE LOCAL HAIR STORE THEY'LL MAKE YOUR HAIR WAVY OR GIVE YOU WAVY CURLS WHICH IS THE SAME THING, YOU CAN ALSO USE A CURLING IRON AND GET EVERY NATURAL WAVY CURLED, THERE ARE ALSO HAIR WAVE PERMS THAT YOU CAN USE BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE GIVING YOURSELF A PERM YOU MIGHT WANT TO LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT MY FRIEND USED ONE HER HAIR WAS WET AND WAVY.

They make kits for you to take home and perm your own hair. Have one of your friends do it for you. It's alot less expensive. Perms are only expensive because your paying the person who's doing it.

hunny home perms don't cost too much have somebody do it and read the directions very well u can do it use larger rods if ur hair is longer good luck I'm a stylist hun

Put some braids in your hair.
A perm is the only thing to keep it wavy til it grows out.
