I hear songs playing in my head all the time. When I wake up at night I still hear them. Is it ok?

Yes. It's ok.
Just make sure when you talk about it you tell people you hear "music." If you hear "voices" then they think your crazy. If you hear songs then they just figure your a happy person who likes music.

It's really pretty fascinating how we all have songs, images and internal conversations bouncing around our skulls 24/7. It's never quite in there. All ways "back ground noise."

If your so inclined read the The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. He talks about making your mind quite. Thinking without thought.

You see a homeless person on the street talking to himself. You figure he's nuts, but the truth is; the only difference between him and the rest of us is that he verbalizes the internal discussions in his head. While we just "think" about them.

Sorry. More that ya wanted to know. ;^)

No, i don't think of it truly is a established, yet I do an rather good type of hours...I take heed to my iPod. The time period for a song getting stuck on your head is an 'Ear malicious application', i in my view examine that on Mayo sanatorium or some respected medical web site.

Do you like the music?
I'm not being flip - if you enjoy the music, roll with it. Better songs than voices.
