I would use ground chicken (if all you have is regular chicken boil and pull apart) and make my meat sauce with it. I would brown the chicken add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Let it stick to the bottom of the pan a little. Then take balsamic vinegar poor some in and get the stickings off the bottom of the pan. Then add your tomato sauce and seasonings like garlic salt, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, basil and a bay leaf (don't forget to take it out before you put into lasagna dish) then let it all simmer. Now boil your lasagna noodles. Lay the noodles out on a towel. Take your ricotta cheese and mix with parm or Romano cheese, mozzarella cheese and a little parsley (fresh if you got it). Mix until supper smooth. Now start your layers. First some sauce. Then some noodles. Then some cheese mix and then some spinach if you like it. then some sauce and start all over until you reach the top of your pan. Once you reach the top of your pan make sure you end on a noodle with sauce on top. Then top it with a bunch of mozzarella cheese. I like lots of cheese on mine. Enjoy:-)

I don't use creamed chicken, I just either use shredded or ground chicken in place of where I would normally put beef on my regular lasagna recipe.

Instead of making creamed chicken, get ground chicken and use it in place of ground beef.

You could also cook some chicken parts and shred the meat off the bone, then layer it with the cheese and sauce.

Just use cut up cooked chicken in place of the beef.
