Mix your favorite conditioner with olive oil and honey. Slather it on clean, dry hair and leave it there for at least a half hour. You can use a little heat from your hairdryer to help it penetrate a little more. Just rinse and style as usual. You might want to avoid conditioners and styling products that contain protein because too much protein can be drying.

I have curly, thick hair and this stuff is great.

Matrix Biolage Conditioning Balm
Matrix Biolage Conditioning Balm is an intensive-conditioning system that deeply replenishes hair with the basic elements needed to moisturize and restructure. It's formula combines pure botanical extracts of Rosemary and Golden Seal with deep conditioners that rejuvenate dry, damaged hair. Hair recovers its natural shine, silkiness, softness. For dry or over-stressed hair. Recommended for permed and color-treated hair.

Apply to clean, damp hair and work through to ends of hair. Rinse thoroughly. Style as usual. For more intense conditioning, wait 1-3 minutes.

Try Bumble and Bumble Deeep Treatment. Leave on for 20 minutes. About I think, $29 or $30, but soooo worth it.

Just because a product is more expensive/from a salon, does not mean that it does more than drug store brands.

Vo5 I hear is a really good hot oil.

Wella In Depth is pretty good.
Redken All Soft is good.
L'Anza systems are supposed to be the best, you can check at Trade Secret or your local salon.

I purchased some deep conditioning cream (garnier) that I used after my regular conditioner. I use that every other day and I love it!
IT is an actual cream...not a regular conditioner...also V05 works well, but you can only use it about once a week.

OJON - hands down it is one of the best products I have used. It has been gaining a lot of buzz in the beauty industry. Check out their link. You can also buy their product at Nordstrom and Sephora.
