Regret may be a bad feeling but it's required if you will regret something you did provided that:
1 - It's wrong.
2 - you had the choice to do the right thing but chose the wrong one.
3 - you intend to learn the lesson and do the right action the next time.

I am not ashamed of my biggest regret. My biggest regret is not accepting Jesus as my Lord and Savior sooner than I did. If I had spent as much time in church as I used to in bars, I would be a lot better person today.

i regret not talking to my grandmother for nearly 6 months...then she got very ill...and finally died...so i regret not being with her.

almost 30 years ago, this guy was convinced I should be the lead singer of their [punk rock] band. I've always wondered.... (He was so persistent too; and adamant that I'd be the bomb.)

I could have avoided alot of pain, suffering, hurt, abuse, and bad decisions.
I'm middle aged now, but the consequences and emotional scars of these are still with me.
