Congrats and good luck.
Don't study anymore. You know what you know.
1. SLEEP at least 8 hours
2. Don't drink or take anything (benadryl, etc.) tonight
3. Watch a funny movie tonight - laughing is like exercise, gets the energy out, releases it, helps you breathe deep and a good mental distraction
4. Eat breakfast tomorrow - esp. protein
5. Listen to your favorite CD on the way there.
Kick A$$!!!

Your probably not going to like my idea but here is goes. Do not and I repeat do not study anymore. If you don't know it buy now after 4 months of studying your not going to know it in one more night. You need to focus on getting a good nights sleep. This is what I do before each of my big exams and I have taken this one as well and a bunch of other state exams. I go out to dinner some where supper good and fun. Eat an awesome meal from start to finish, appetizers to desert (and no I'm not fat). Have a couple (not too many) just a couple (its hard for me to stop once I start) cocktails or beers with your meal. Go home put on a movie (a boring at about 8 or 9 pm and pass out and get a good nights sleep. I am sure your going to do great so no need to be nervous especially if you have been studying as hard as you say you have. Good Luck! It will be a breeze you will see!

Ok, slow down here. It wont hurt! Even if you are a virgin... the thing they insert inside you is very small, and doesn't hurt at all! I promise! Dont be too worried about relaxing. Just make sure that you aren't squeezing any muscles "down there" while you are getting your exam. You shouldn't need anyone to hold your hand. You are 16! And it doesnt hurt! Tell your mom that you dont want her in there, and i'm sure she will understand. I completely understand why you are nervous, because it is your first time, but its really not that bad at all! Just realize that the dr. does this every day! The truth is, I would rather get a pelvic exam than to to the dentist. Its really not that horrible. Just relax.

You relax by just breathing and remembering, you have studied the past 4 months. The test is tomorrow and you can't do anything about it so don't worry about it. Just watch some TV, get some rest and make sure you are rested for the exam. It will not go well if you cannot focus because you are tired. Good Luck!

You will be fine. Most of the anxiety is just the buildup. If you have studied then you are well prepared. Try to get a good night sleep (without taking anything like benedryl or alcohol to help you sleep as these will affect the quality of your sleep), eat a good breakfast, and take a few deep cleansing breaths.

Go to bed early. Take a long walk in the morning, before your test. This will help you think more clearly. Meditate and concentrate on deep breathing.
I also used to smoke 1 cigarrette before a test (I did not smoke at all except for then). I never got hooked, and I don't do it at all anymore (thank GOD I finished college!) Smoking 1 cigarette just really calmed me down and helped me relax enough. Test anxiety is rough!

Just relax, really.
Everyone has their own relaxing techniques, just think about your own.
