neither... but if i had to choose
cockroach- even a half of one, because at least its from nature... the bandaid could have a disease...

A scabby band-aid.
If there was a cockroach it would mean that the restaurant kitchen did not get deloused often enough, and who knows what other kinds of pests and/or rodents were running around back there, potentially getting into the food.
A scabby band-aid, while gross, just means that someone was careless with a knife and their finger got wet (or something).
