I need red candles with gold ribbons or in a gold candle holder. I need at least 60, but I don't want to spend more than a $100.

if you can find cheap red candle you can get ribbon and tie them on yourself to save $$

Congrats! If you are in the Northeast go to Dollar General or a Wal-Mart and you can get them there for less than $0.60. Then you can get a spool of gold ribbon to do it yourself.

Hey congrats. you should look at partylite candles. not only do they have amazing smells but when u light them they dont make black marks on walls like most candles do.
