I am only 9 weeks pregnant and i get small little cramps. they are not like the cramps i got the first few weeks of my pregnancy ..not as bad now, but they do worry me. and no i am not spotting. are these normal

yes! those cramps are your uterus stretching and growing making room for baby, you can expect these to last through the first trimester and should end by about 15 weeks or so.

I agree early the cramps are more than likely ok. But always check with your doctor and alway ask questions. It will make you feel better.

It sounds like your muscles starting to stretch, sounds like you have been pregnant before, the more times you fall pregnant the more pains you will have. It will be your hips toward the end
