I had this summons in april regarding public urination in NYC. Im questioning if its worth getting a lawyer or take the chance that the cop wont show up. Im also a permanent resident and not an american citizen, if it ends up in my records is there any way it could prevent me from being naturalized or having it delayed?

Im questioning if its worth getting a lawyer or take the chance that the cop wont show up. Im also a permanent resident and not an american citizen, if it ends up in my records is there any way it could prevent me from being naturalized or having it delayed?

I have to go to court there is no option and it is at court that i will find out if the case is dropped and i dont have to pay or have some kind of fine and have it on my record
