all the low-lifes, social scum, drug addicts and dealers and peodos could clean streets, graffiti, clear ponds and canals and generaly keep the local communities that they originaly messed up in a good sense of order.

Because the Queen thinks they should be out of sight which is the reason why Britain stopped public hangings centuries ago.

Because all the bearded wonders with their bow ties (sociologists) say it would be against their human rights and also would break health and safety laws, but I feel it would be a good idea as when someone breaks the laws of society they abrogate their rights and what rights did they give their victims?

We used to have them, but the chains were made from British Steel so the convicts just snapped them and ran off.

It's true this place would be spotless, there are jobs to nasty for imigrants to do, they seem to get the worst, plenty o stuff needs moping clean and scrubbing.
