I've gone to teh dr about 10 times for this rash. the first time i went it was just on my neck and it was round red blotches it looked a lot like ring worm. the dr told me it was ring worm gave me a anti fungal cream and sentme on my way i did this until it was gone and went back because it had spread to my breasts , covering them. the dr said he had never seen ringworm in differnt places like that but it was definetly a fungal rash, he asked a differnt dr to look at it they agreeed it was fungal. They gave me a differnt anti fungal cream sent me home and after 2 weeks of taking it i went backbecause it spread all over my stomach and the back of my neck and a few spots on my back. at this time they did a skin biopsy because if it wasfungal it would of cleared up. well the nurse called me today and said that the lab said that the rash was just causehd by pregnancy. my doctor said he's never seen anything like that and totally disagrees. it itches like crazy and hurts really bad.

Try LOTRIMIN, it sounds like a rash my daughter had. It's for athlete's foot, which is not what you have but it clears up any antifungal. in about 3 days

GOOD LUCK HUN!!

It sounds like shingles.

Webmd-
You may then feel itching, tingling, or extreme pain in the area where a rash will develop several days later, commonly on your back or neck. The rash progresses into clusters of blisters along the path of the nerve. The blisters fill with fluid and eventually crust over. It takes 2 to 4 weeks for the blisters to heal, although some scars may remain.2

Go to webmd and type shingles. Do a search.

Im not a doctor but however it sounds like it might be shingles.
Always get a trusted second or third opinion. Mention the shingles idea to your doctor. I would suggest taking a bath with baking soda. Sprinkle a box of baking soda all over your rash and just soak in the tub for awhile. Its worth a try.

Get another opinion.

PUPPS is a pregnancy rash, I didn't look it up, but it could maybe be what some of your rash is. I understand it's very itchy and there really is nothing you can use to treat it. Hopefully you can get to the bottom of it.

Do a search on google for PUPPS and see if your symptoms match up, then mention it to the doctor.

Sounds like eczema to me. You'd think the doctor would be able to see something like that, though! Eczema seems to flare up during pregnancy, especially if you're prone to experience it before pregnancy.

My eczema is worse right now (I'm 25 weeks preggers), but a mild over-the-counter topical hydrocortisone suggested by my doctor keeps it in check.

I would really see about asking someone else... cuz I think pregnancy-related eczema would be the first thing a doctor would look into.

It could be several things one thing that comes to mind is shingels, or herpes zosters. ( not reg. herpes dont worry its from the chicken pox) the next is it could now be a bacterial infection not fungal infection. In which case a med like Lotrisone ( prescription) would work.
I would go to a dermatologist. It should not be spreading and its getting worse, make sure all meds are okay while pregnant. esp if it is shingeles those meds can not be taken while pregnant.

GET A SECOND OR THRID OPINION sweetie.

And see this website http://www.americanpregnancy.org/index.htm

And look at other pregnancy sites as some other women may have had the same problem and posted it.

There is a rash call PUPPP. I never had it either time I was pregnant (thank God!) but I understand it's incredibly itchy, and almost painful. This is fairly common, so I imagine if it was this, your ob would have recognized it. Did you actually go to your ob to have this diagnosed, or just to your regular family doctor?

Here's a picture I found of it: http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images/view?back=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.yahoo.com%2Fsearch%3Fp%3Dpuppp%2Bpictures%26ei%3DUTF-8&h=480&w=360&imgcurl=dermnetnz.org%2Freactions%2Fimg%2Fpuppp1.jpg&imgurl=dermnetnz.org%2Freactions%2Fimg%2Fpuppp1.jpg&size=39.2kB&name=puppp1.jpg&rcurl=http%3A%2F%2Fdermnetnz.org%2Fcommon%2Fimage.php%3Fpath%3D%2Freactions%2Fimg%2Fpuppp1.jpg&rurl=http%3A%2F%2Fdermnetnz.org%2Fcommon%2Fimage.php%3Fpath%3D%2Freactions%2Fimg%2Fpuppp1.jpg&p=puppp&type=jpeg&no=2&tt=59&fr=FP-tab-web-t500
