I am taking a short domestic flight. How long should I expect the processing to take through security?

The airport I am flying out of is an international one. I am flying into Reno Nevada. I am not sure if they do international flights.

It depends.
Are you flying at a large international airport or a smaller regional airport?
An internaitonal airport, secuirity should take about 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on how busy it is.
A smaller regional airport should'nt take longer than 45 minutes if it's crowded or maybe just 20 if it's empty.
