Answers as different as night and day. They're the same. No they're not. And Morey, I do fly an Eagle these days (old picture of my first high altitude flight). Very inspirational. Divine, actually. Guess I go listen to that cut by Linda Rhonstadt again. You know, "Different Drum"

And if I'm so lame, Dr. Spadius (lame name if there ever was one), explain all the other detailed answers that says they are different. I read plenty of books, thank you very much. You should check out "How to Win Friends and Influence People."

I know "Allah" means "God," okay? However, if He made "us" in his own image, you can guess what that "image" that is to a Muslim. Not to mention they follow this idiodic scripture more to the letter. At least they're honest about their misguideness. If you followed your Bible to the letter, there'd be a public stoning at the local ball park this weekend.

So if they share different beliefs because one god told them one thing and the other god told the other side something else. Either there's two gods, one religion is dead wrong, or, well, you know . . .

Hey "Eagle" flyer. that's not an Eagle that you're flying, looks more like a Falcon. (this will be meaningless except for the 6,000 of us who fly these contraptions)
but- to answer your first question-
Everybody dances to the beat of a different drummer.

I think you're slightly confused and misinformed, and this is a common misconception and ideology adopted by many people throughout the world. The Christian God is Allah. Allah is merely the Arabic word for God. We worship the same God as the same person, but what differs is the way in which we worship Him and to what extent. Basically, "the Christian God" is Allah. Muslims just call him by the Arabic means.

Arab Christians are using the same word for discribing God.
The main difference is Muslims believe there is one God and One God only while many Christians these days believe God is 3 in 1. The Bible begs to differ but who cares? It's the thought that counts right?

If you take a good look the God of Christianity and the god of islam, you will see that they are very different and are not talking about the same God. The God of Christianity is the real God. The god of islam is a made up god created by mohammed (eternal death be to his name and his followers). The muslims (death be to them) have everything backwards it's rediculous. They are actually following the devil's plans, not God's. They are the children of the devil. The devil is their father and mohammed (death be to him) is now a pig in hell being eaten by the demons for all eternity.

Actually Allah is a shortened form of the moon god's name. It was taken from the pagan temple in Mecca. Moon worshiping is what the Muslim's practice. There are moons on flags of some muslim country's. and there are moons around the Ka'bah..... Muslims worship the Moon...not God or Jehovah. So christians arent worshipping Allah

They do. Christian God and Allah are one in the same. The Christians just don't believe that the Muslims worship the same god.

There is one God. Christians, Jews and Muslims believe in the same God; they just call God by different names; Muslims call him Allah, Rastaferians call him JAH...so?

God & Allah are two different names(words) used to describe one thing. So, u see that we are all believing in one God under different names.

It's not that they don't believe in the same god, because as someone else pointed out, Allah and Jehovah are one and the same. It's that they don't share the same beliefs about non-believers, or about what Jehovah/Allah wants them to do with their lives.

There's this little discrepancy called Muhammed. The God that sent Muhammed as a prophet cannot be the same God who, according to Christians, did not send another prophet.
