I personally do not know any spells. I just started reading about magick (yes with a k) and am still searching within for my religion. I have read however that it is best to create your own spell for it will be more affective and will adress your personal needs better. Good luck to you and ignore those who critizes for in every religion there is truth it is just finding the religion that you can connect with.

Find something you can use to represent the negative energy (something related to what is causing it or the like) that will burn and burn it. Watch is slowly disappear.
